The program was in response to Al Sharpton's Black Action Network Conference over the weekend in Harlem and discussed topics from politics, business, civil rights, education, and more as they pertain to black Americans.

Al Sharpton's media presence is becoming more prominent with his radio show "Keeping It Real" and various appearances on cable news outlets. He appears on this program also. His radio show is distributed by Syndication One, one of the media companies that fall under the Radio One - TV One umbrella.
