So this is the reason my computer is running slow??? The telecommunication companies recently achieved a big victory in court over the fight to control the Internet.


They can control the speed of my Internet!

They can control how I surf the web!

The price grid you see is not TV programming packages from Comcast or DirecTV, this my friends would be the websites you would be able to go to if telecommunications companies have their way.

In the Studio with Lenny Green and Kissing After Dark

Lenny Green's Kissing After Dark is a syndicated slow jams show that originates from the studios of 98.7 Kiss Fm (WRKS) in NYC. Lenny was the long time evening host at the station until R&B singer Brian McKnight was brought in via Citadel and Lenny was made co-host.

Eventually McKnight's show ended after only a few months and Green returned to host not only on Kiss FM in New York, but he also struck a syndication deal in the process. By the way Brian McKnight has a new TV talk show with comedienne Kym Whitley. Have you seen it? It's not quite must see TV.

Google changes it's name to Topeka

Google is set to introduce "Fibers for Communities" program and promises internet speeds 100 times faster than they are now. If successful, this will certainly change how media on demand, internet and new technologies are accessed by the public. But Topeka, Kansas does not have an "inside track" to test market it first.
