Clear Channel Philly Hires Kelly Mac for APD/MD

Clear Channel hires Kelly Mac to serve as Assistant Program Director/Music Director for Urban Hip Hop station Power 99 (WUSL) and heritage Urban AC 105.3 WDAS FM. She was the long-time APD/MD at 107.3 Jamz (WJMZ) in Greenville, S.C., where she also handled midday duties. This move reunites Mac with Ken Johnson, Clear Channel Philadelphia's Director of Urban Programming. She previously worked with Johnson at Cumulus, where he was corporate director of urban programming, and she worked on air at urban WBLX in Mobile, Alabama. Mac replaces Kashon Powell who left in November to serve as Clear Channel’s Director of urban programming for Virginia. Kelly Mac is a talented on-air personality who recently won a 2010 Marconi Radio Award for Medium Market Personality of the Year. It's hard to imagine her not getting back on the mic in the near future. Source
