Flow of Wisdom Radio with Sean Anthony Talks Marriage

Does the U.S. Constitution Recognize the Right to Marry Who YOU want?

Tune in to Flow of Wisdom Radio with Sean Anthony this week for the next great debate: Is it unconstitutional for a man and a woman to marry?

Richmond, VA, April 1: “Is Your Marriage Unconstitutional?” Flow of Wisdom Radio, hosted by Sean Anthony The Hip Hop Motivator, will join the debate on the constitutionality of marriage. The episode will air Sunday, April 3 at 9am on WCDX iPower 92.1 in Richmond, VA. The show will repeat Saturday, April 9 at 6am and Sunday, April 10 at 8am on WYTT 95.5 Jamz in Roanoke Rapids, NC and Emporia, VA. Tune in at www.ipowerrichmond.com for Flow of Wisdom Radio live to hear the latest arguments over the institution of marriage, a topic Sean Anthony has always felt passionately about.

The recent constitutionality debate has sparked over the President's statements against the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), a federal amendment defining marriage as a union for all legal purposes, between a man and a woman, and allowing states the freedom to reject same sex marriages from other states. Like the federal doctrine, many states have even adopted their own Defense of Marriage Acts to prevent same sex civil unions from receiving equal marriage benefits as heterosexual couples.

Both the Department of Justice and the presidential Administration have withdrawn its defense of the Act, yet many opinions still form about President Obama’s unwillingness to include same sex couples in his definition of marriage. The Administration has taken the stance that DOMA is actually in violation of the constitution, since the US constitution contains no language that defines or regulates marriage. For further information about Obama’s views on marriage, visit www.whitehouse.gov. More sources for the Defense of Marriage Act can also be found on www.DOMAwatch.org. .

More news... GMA3 anchors T. J. Holmes and Amy Robach have been fired by ABC after their work affair was deemed a distraction by the network. ABC reportedly accused both journalists of various forms of misconduct to justify the firings.

Nick Cannon has walked away from radio for the moment and has decided to end “Nick Cannon Radio” and “Cannon’s Countdown.” The shows were distributed by Skyview Networks and quietly went away in December. He is reportedly set to make a major media announcement in two weeks. Cannon's move necessitated 94.7 The Block (WXBK-FM New York) to hire Cipha Sounds to host middays.

A woman who is believed to be DJ Akademiks' girlfriend slammed a raw egg into his face and walked off angrily as he was live streaming. That's it. Google it. Perhaps it's something that should have happened long ago.
