You can just about say goodbye to VH1 Soul
From TV Guide - The American Idol host is in talks to take over MTV Networks' fledging R&B network VH1 Soul to create his own cable network, according to an exclusive from The Hollywood Reporter.
The news comes nearly a year after Seacrest began planning to launch a network, which would feature broadcasts of entertainment giant AEG's concerts and series produced by Seacrest. Besides emceeing Idol, the 36-year-old has an E! News gig, hosts the "On Air with Ryan Seacrest" syndicated radio show and produces Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
