Philly's Hot 107.9 Completes On-Air Lineup with QDeezy

QDeezy returns to Philadelphia radio as the afternoon host on Radio One's Hot 107.9. The move completes the new line up at the station after the format switch at the Radio One stations.

QDeezy, a Philly native, was a former on air personality on Clear Channel's WUSL Power 99 for several years. For the last few years he had been one of the crew members on the syndicated Big Boy's Neighborhood morning show that aired from the studios of Power 106 KPWR in Los Angeles.

This move completes the on air lineup for WPHI Hot 107.9 as it has transformed from the old name "The Beat" and frequency at 100.3. Holdovers include Kendra G as midday personality on "Showtime" and the "Hometeam" at nights with Mia Mendez, DJ Caesar and DJ Damage. The Rickey Smiley Morning Show airs in the A.M. Urban AC station WRNB is now heard at 100.3 FM.
