Changes In the Air for The Rickey Smiley Morning Show

Added in Richmond, Dropped in Philly

Rickey Smiley and the entire Rickey Smiley Morning Show crew have added iPower 92.1 (WCDX) as an affiliate beginning January 7th from 6-10AM. The show will replace the syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show.

However Rickey Smiley has been taken off the air at Radio One owned station Hot 107.9 (WPHI) in Philadelphia. The station is programming a music intensive show without a morning host.

Rickey Smiley, originally from Birmingham, launched his morning show at 97.9 The Beat in Dallas a few years ago, then moved it to Atlanta's Hot 107.9 when he struck a syndication deal.
