Boom Philly 103.9 Completes On-Air Staff with Megan Ryte, DJ Caesar, and Hala Maroc

 Just in time for the new year Boom 103.9 in Philadelphia have bolstered their on air presence and have added personalities to all dayparts. Joining the Ed Lover Morning Show with Monie Love is Megan Ryte for middays, DJ Caesar with "The Afternoon Wave", and "On the Block" with Halamaroc completing the schedule from 7-midnight.

When Boom Philly 103.9 moved their dial position from 107.9 (Radio One did a swap with Praise, the gospel inspiration station), they transitioned away from playing Classic Hip Hop. The station now features an Urban/Hip Hop/R&B format with the occasional Hip Hop Throwback. The station had been running jockless since September outside of the Ed Lover Morning Show.

Middays With Meg Ryte
DJ, Radio, and Television personality Megan Ryte is a young veteran in the world of entertainment. With 10 years in the game, she first began building her name in the Hampton Roads area as a DJ, before getting her big break in radio as a ‘Morning Show’ talent on Norfolk’s WOWI-103 Jamz, under the name DJ B*Ryte. The Afternoon Wave With DJ Caesar
DJ Caesar is one of the most versatile and hardworking DJs in the industry. He comes from Panamanian roots but was raised in Burlington, NJ. Growing up in the U.S. while living in a Spanish speaking home exposed him to various genres of music ultimately influencing his love of diversity within music and decision to become a DJ. On The Block With Hala Maroc
Who is she? Hala was born in Astoria, Queens (New York). Growing up, Hala says she was always an observer, the critic, and the loud mouth, or as she puts it, ‘The neighborhood Munchkin.’ Holding onto her dream that a career in radio and television would be ‘the vessels to voice her opinions,’ fueled her motivation.
