Midday Host "Ya Girl Cheron" Sanders Named Program Director at Mix 92.3 and WJLB
iHeartMedia Detroit’s Mix 92.3 has promoted Cheron Sanders to Program Director. She will report to Bill Black, Director of Urban Programming for iHeartMedia Detroit’s 97.9 WJLB and Mix 92.3.
Sanders is a media veteran who previously served as Assistant Program Director for 97.9 WJLB and Mix 92.3. She joined iHeartMedia in 2001 and has since held various positions including traffic reporter and midday host. She began her career at WQHH-FM in Lansing, MI.
