Cathy Hughes talks to Guy Raz on his "HOW I BUILT THIS" podcast about her many accomplishments along with a conversation about racial justice in America. She is the founder of Radio One, the first woman Vice President and General Manager of a radio station in Washington D.C., the first African-American woman to chair a publicly held corporation, and the first woman to own a number one rated radio station in a major market.
