Atlanta Radio Personality and DJ Mix Master Mitch Has Passed Away

Mix Master Mitch, on-air personality at Kiss 104.1 for 20 years and most recently at Classix 102.9 in Atlanta has passed away due to pancreatic cancer. It was not too long ago Mitch, whose real name is Gary Mitchell, was diagnosed with cancer. The announcement of his passing was made by Silas "Si-Man Baby" Alexander a veteran on-air Atlanta radio personality who is first cousins with Mitch. Si-Man is also faced with the same health issue as his cancer is at the stage 4 level.

The cousins had begun a podcast two months ago as an inspiration to others, as both were determined to beat the disease. Si-man continues his fight. We pray for his recovery. We send out encouragement to anyone that is facing a similar medical challenge. Our condolences go out to Gary Mitchell's family and friends. Thank you Mitch for leaving us with words of wisdom in the podcast.

(Cancer sucks and F*ck Cancer!)
