Angela Yee is set to broadcast her last show on The Breakfast Club on Friday. Cardi B called in to the show on Thursday and suggested that she might like to sit in as guest host. It appears that the replacement plans for Yee are still up in the air. The Breakfast Club will move into new studios in January.

98.7 ESPN Radio New York shakes up their lineup with more local programming. The Michael Kay Show with Hot 97's Rosenberg of Ebro in the Morning remains in place. Bart & Hahn will leave the national ESPN Radio lineup. In January they will be heard exclusively on 98.7 FM discussing New York sports from 12-3pm. The anchors on Good Morning America's 3rd Hour that airs in the afternoon on ABC are involved in an extramarital affair as reported by the London based tabloid The Daily Mail. Tony Perkins Steps Away from Get Up DC, Will Continue Co-Hosting Afternoons on The Donnie Simpson Show

Morning anchor Tony Perkins announced to the GetUp DC and WUSA9 TV audience that he is leaving the Washington, D.C. CBS affiliate to spend more time with his family.

He told viewers in a video message from home, while recovering from Covid, that he realized it was time to go. Perkins, the former ABC’s Good Morning America weather anchor from 1999-2005 during the days of Charlie Gibson, Robin Roberts, and Diane Sawyer, transitioned back to Fox 5 WTTG-TV. His first stint at Fox 5 as weathercaster came in 1995 before going to ABC. He moved over to WUSA9 in 2019. 

In 2017 Perkins joined The Donnie Simpson Show on Majic 102.3/92.7 WMMJ-FM as a co-host. Perkins, a former stand-up comedian first partnered with Donnie Simpson as a producer and co-host at WKYS in 1985. In the announcement Tony said he will continue to be heard on the radio in the afternoons on Majic 102.3/92.7.
