Dropout UK presenter (a UK word for interviewer/host) Tinea Taylor caught up with Washington, D.C. born rapper Wale for a ‘Getting To Know’ interview feature. He talks about his passion for music and tells why he signed with Maybach Music Group. During the interview, at about the 7:00 minute mark Wale says, “There will be an extreme amount of disrespect on the radio [from his label mates towards other rappers] …You might want to listen to another genre of music.” Check out the full video as Wale talks about lessons learned in the music industry.
