Chuck D is Latest to Sue Over Digital Downloads

In the last few days a number of artists have filed lawsuits against Universal Music Group- but this time it’s a BIG DEAL following a federal judge’s decision THR – Universal Music Group is now facing a fresh lawsuit that alleges the underpaying of royalties on digital downloads. Today, Chuck D of Public Enemy stepped up to bring his own class action against the major record label.
